Tonight the A&M Mens basketball team will be playing in the NCAA Tournament and Channing is wearing her Aggie shirt, socks, and pacifier to support and cheer them on. Good luck Aggies!

I finally got a picture of Channing's smile! She smiles a lot but everytime I pulled out the camera to take a picture of it, she would stop smiling. I guess I was finally sneaky enough to get a picture. Isn't she sweet?





We had such a good time this weekend with Uncle Larry, Aunt Michelle, Meagan and Derek. This was the first time they were able to meet her in person and we are glad that they came, even if it was a short visit. Derek was more excited about coming up here to see our dogs than he was about meeting his new cousin. He played with them the entire time. Maybe he will like his cousin more once she gets older and can play with him as well.

Happy Birthday Gran Jan!

As you can tell, right now is the time for birthdays in our family. Today is Gran Jan's birthday and we hope she is having a wonderful time with her other grandkids. We went to visit Gran Jan and Papa last weekend so that Channing could meet her Uncle Damon, Aunt Melody, and all her cousins. Unfortunately Maddie and Jackson got sick so they couldn't spend much time or get too close to Channing. We will just have to get together with them again soon.

In other news, Channing is smiling quite a bit now. I have been trying to capture her sweet smile in a picture but have been unsuccessful. Her Aunt Michelle, Uncle Larry, and cousins, Meagan and Derek, are coming to visit this weekend so hopefully she will have lots of smiles that I can get a picture of. So far only Colin and I have been the only ones to see her smile. I guess she is shy and doesn't want to show it off yet.
