Sip n See Shower

Two weeks after Easter weekend, Channing and I made another trip to my parent's for a Sip and See shower my mom was hosting for us. We had another great weekend, but I have decided that Channing officially hates her car seat now. The many long hours on the road has put her over the edge when it comes to her car seat. Oh well, she will just have to get over it!

In case you may not know, it is called a Sip and See shower because it is held after the baby is born. Since Channing was due in January, it was too hard for my mom to have a shower for us before she was born because of all the holidays. We decided it would be best to wait until after the holidays and after she was born. I liked it better this way because it allowed my mom to show off Channing to all of her friends. My mom worked hard to get her house decorated with her new furniture and it looked beautiful! She also worked hard and made some wonderful food. There was way too much and it was all delicious. Thank you mom for the wonderful shower! It was also nice to see my mom's friends again and I appreciate them all for coming. They have always been so sweet to me.
